If this tee puts a smile on your face like it does ours, then it's for you.
The soft pink shirt, which is handmade in London, features a vintage 1960s photo that evokes warmth and nostalgia - so what’s not to love? The photo is complemented by abstract, warm prints on the left sleeve and collar to add some asymmetry and depth to your look. Although the style is paramount, comfort is also key, and this shirt is so soft you’ll never want to take it off.
Not only will this tee spark smiles, but it’s sure to turn heads, too.
The shirt consists of two moments discovered in family photo albums from the 1960s and 1970s. The first, on the front, shows an old family dog, Daisy, with the woman who inspired bubuleh (aka Nana). The nostalgic sentiment of this moment radiates from the shirt, and makes us think back to the moments, people and yes - dogs - that have made us who we are.
This photo is complemented by another photo, featured on the sleeve and collar. The original family photo showcases a woman holding her newborn baby, but we took that photo and sculpted it into an abstract, slightly jagged pattern that preserves the original photo’s sentiment through its warm tones.

We’re a sustainable, genderless clothing brand that celebrates collective values, ancestries and cultures, while simultaneously celebrating our unique, individual selves - both holding enormous importance in our lives.
In that sense, bubuleh is about escape and belonging all at once. We’re the halfway point between that feeling of warmth and security that comes with being around close friends and family in your comfort zone, and that risk and excitement that comes when you step out of that comfort zone.
We strive to create plotz-worthy fashion by putting older practices, ideas and aesthetics into conversation with newer ones. Though we derive our inspiration from Jewish heritage, culture, and Yiddish, we intentionally craft our clothing for everyone to wear.
