How can I check my order status?
It’s easy! Once you place your order, you will receive an email with a link and a tracking number. Follow the link in the email and you will be able to track your order at any time.
What is your return policy?
We offer free and easy returns within 30 days as long as the clothing is still in its original condition. To process a return, click here. If you’d like to receive a gift card in the amount of the balance rather than cash back, please email us.
What is your exchange policy?
Yikes - you ordered the wrong size - it happens to the best of us! We are happy to make exchanges within 30 days as long as the clothing is in its original condition.
To process an exchange, please email us with your order number, the reason you’d like to make an exchange, and the new item you would like. We will then email you a return label, and will ship out your exchange as soon as we receive your order in the mail.
Whoops! I ordered the wrong size, can I change my order?
If your order has not shipped yet, we will try to accommodate your request as best we can. However, if your items are already packaged, it is most likely too late. But don’t worry, we are here for you! Please email us to see if making changes is still possible.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! It is a $25 flat rate shipping fee for all international orders. If you would like to expedite your order for an additional cost, please email us and we will be happy to accommodate your request.
When can I expect my order to ship?
In most cases, your order will be shipped within 3 to 4 days. However, we package all of our orders by hand, and sometimes it may take a bit longer.
What are your shipping costs?
We offer $7 flat rate for all domestic shipping, and if you spend more than $100, shipping is free!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Amazon Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Venmo, Paypal, Discover, Amex, Mastercard, and VISA.
Whoops! I lost my gift card code. Where can I find it?
No problem! Just email us and we will let you know your code.
How do I use a promo code?
You will be able to enter your promo code on the shipping page when checking out.
How do I know what size I am?
Stressful, we know! Our unisex clothing runs true to size, but each item may vary. To find out more information about each specific product, look at the dimensions listed in the product description for exact details, along with our recommendations for sizing (i.e. ordering one size up for an oversized look, etc.)
Do any of your clothing use animal products?
Nope! We are a fully vegan brand, meaning we use no animal products or byproducts (wool, silk, leather, etc.). We believe you can look great without any animal cruelty involved.
